If the family unit doesn't teach young women the importance of self esteem and self confidence what to you expect. My father let it be known to me at 17 that the main reason why he got with my mother was that she was super smart, which in turn allowed for his daughter not to believe looks weren't all that. Now, I should say that I was surely shocked by the number of women I've met who believe otherwise

taking the medical reasons out of the equation, it's just plain crazy to let a kid get a boob job, at 16 you are still growing, doctors that perform such operations should be ashamed of themselves

Its ridiculous , girls are still growing when they are 16 and many are not mature enough to make that decision not to mention they will need time off school, but since you can have it done free on the nhs many young girls will have it done

Yes it is crazy for such young girls to be getting cosmetic surgery. And free on the NHS???? Now that is really taking the piss! the price alone may have put these teenagers off surgery but when it's free - that's only encouraging them!

Interestingly page 3 (of the Sun) has only taken girls with natural boobs (Sam Fox was 16 when she started modelling for the Sun. I suspect laws have changed since.)

Girls don’t want Snow White and Cinderella any more. They want to be WAGs and famous like Cheryl Cole and Lady Gaga. I’m just supporting her and making her dreams come true.”

There are a certain amount of guys who just like big boobs and only big boobs,period. But I think they are very much in the minority. I think most guys will appreciate a lovely set of boobs and they can be of any size. Shape, type of nipples, pertness, skin etc are all important factors but bigger boobs are not a must have.
Anyhow, I think most women who want boob jobs to so because it gives them greater confidence and thats not just to attract men ! Still have to work that one out myself fully -- its like when women get really dressed up , they do so more for the impact on other females than on their partners or other men !!
