You could make an excuse to check in while he is in the shower, leave something in there before he arrives and when he goes into the shower go in and collect it...

that way you know if he has definitely showered!!

Most clients would immediately ask do you want to join them if they are in the shower... if not tell him to get his dirty back side in there or services will be refused!!

Seems to me that some of these people may not only require a reminder to clean their nether region but also require a step-by-step guide on how to wash themselves properly.

Perhaps a 5 point description on how to wash yourself, pinned to the shower curtain.

As well as being disgusting, they risk fissures, abscesses etc.
