Not married, so can't comment on sex in relation to a wife. However, have been in semi long term relationships with girlfriends in the past.
Comparing sex with a partner/girlfriend and with an escort is really like comparing oranges to apples. They are completely different settings.
With a girlfriend - the pleasure has to be mutual. For starters she has to be in the mood as well (which obviously means I can't choose to have sex when I want to). Secondly she may have boundries which are more conservative to mine and which I will always respect because we're in a loving relationship (and that's what love is about - respect ,etc).
With escorts, I'm spoiled. I can choose to have sex when I'm horny. The pleasure is usually one way, which I know is selfish but it is a business transaction afterall.
