Front Page Banner??

Nope, and they fecked up the font colour too, when you click on a link and then go back the colour is black, makes it look messy..

It is a good idea but I still don't like it, maybe if they put a little more effort into it such as making each word on the banner a link to the actual location on the forum?

I think the way it is is perfect. We want to encourage people to peruse the forums, not 'guide' them to every little page.

I like it. The front page needed something to distract the eye. The same ladies on the front page every day was starting to make the site look stale

Looks awful, doesn't convey what exactly you are trying to get people to join, it just looks like a bunch of random words thrown together in a poorly designed banner. Also the banner just floats in the page and doesn't fit in with the overall look and feel of the site. Someone needs a kick in the hole!!!!!

Your right but doing it wrong, if you make people look for what has caught there eye then they get fed up and look else where, it is best to have the link to what they are interested in in the first place, then you will hook them and when they start to use the forum they will look around, you only have 3-4 seconds to keep new peoples interest,
