“I wish you wouldn’t keep appearing and vanishing so suddenly; you make one quite giddy!”
“All right,” said the Cat; and this time it vanished quite slowly, beginning with the end of the tail, and ending with the grin, which remained some time after the rest of it had gone.

A private clinic is the only choice if you require a discrete and professional service.
It provides a good basis for an on going health check at a date and time you require.

Yes it can be expensive, but if you treat it as a 1.5-2 hour appointment (without an orgasm),
it is money well spent for your health and piece of mind.
Personally I believe all clients should be checked out at least four times a year.

I wish I was a strong individual who refused owo, always requesting covered.
Unfortunately this is not the case.
Personally I derive more satisfaction when a lady who does not advertise owo performs it without asking.
I always leave this for the lady to decide.
I shouldn't, but I am usually in a different mindset at the time.

If the above lady was hovering over your manhood to provide owo, would you stop her?
I don't believe I could, but I will test this theory out later!

So if OWO is as potentially risky as has been suggested, where does oral on the escort rate in terms of danger level ? Less risky?

I had a general STI check last year and they did take a swab even though I didn't have any pain and I didn't even suspect I had anything. Maybe they have other means of testing such things?

I have to pull you up here Mark. This is misleading. All clinics provide a discreet and professional service. It's not limited to private ones.
Also, if the above lady had a sign on her head saying 'I may have gonorrhoea' Would you still risk OWO?

To be honest, I think it depends really on what they are testing for? They check your blood to see if there's an increase in white blood cells to fight infection (I think!). I agree, it is a bit perplexing as to why all tests aren't standard though.

I think decisions are made based on info you give them. I have never had a throat swab offered since I told them I do not take part in any OWO. I assumed they see it as pointless. I would imagine that if you asked for full bloods, swabs, urine etc then they would test for everything.
It's always a good idea to speak to the professionals if you have any questions.

Probably down to costs Sam. As i said in my last post, probably pointless to do a throat swab on someone who does no OWO. When I did do it, they gave me swabs.

I wish that was true Heather, unfortunately not all local clinics in Ireland are as discreet as private ones.
Queuing up and waiting in line is not always an option if your face is easily recognisable in your area.

Therefore for some, a private clinic is the best option for a Heath check, as such check can be arranged for a specific time and place to fit in with you schedule and to avoid unnecessary queuing and possible embarrassment.
