I think it can be both, depending on the situation. Might be time to take a break though if you feel you're leaning more towards compulsion.

For me its purely fun. When i feel in the humour for a bit of naughty fun i make appointment. Id stop if i was doing it just for the sake of it TBH.

have to say alot what has been said here rings a bell,being a shy guy sometimes i find having booked and just like a previous poster said the mood just not there,but you go ahead anyway,
the times i find that turn to gold are often the ones you think will not be, i think the word i am looking for is click, if that happens then,wow
