This paranoia that escorts are harbingers of disease is annoying. The major increase in HIV cases in Ireland in the last 10 years has been through unprotected sexual intercourse in the heterosexual community (and not asscociated with sex workers per se).
Most people take " precautions" when having sex with an escort (and this is thankfully enforced by escorts). Whereas in the real world out there, the level of " caution" isn't as high. And a lot of people have unprotected sex with people they are going out with even though neither have been tested.
