Indeed Abby, that's an aspect of the issue I hadn't really thought about in this current conversation, but makes me think of some of the other things which have been said in past threads. I suppose that it would've been easier before to simply slide in another appointment on very short notice if someone else no-showed, and I can understand if that's more difficult to do now. But of course, there are some out there who would accuse ladies of double-booking simply to make sure they have some business or that at least SOMEONE will be there to fill the scheduled appointment time.
I'm not the least bit critical of this, as it almost seems a neccesity for you ladies working here, as other wise you'd have booked a dozen appointments and would be lucky to have even 3 actual punters show-up. As you said in your post earlier on this thread, you'd gotten 3 no-shows just today, which would've been up to 7 if you'd actually booked-in times for previous no-shows that you knew wouldn't actually honour your appoinment-- so I assume you went ahead and booked someone else in at the timewasters time?
