As far as I can tell there is no univeral critera for sexual addiction so I wouldnt worry just yet
But basically you would need to be having sex every couple of days over a fixerd period , say 6 months and it has to interfere with your personal life, this is just an example of how the diagnosis statistic manual (DSM) classifies some disorders
