Getting back on topic, Cabe is right . As I already said it has to seriously ahve an impact on your life for it to be an addiction so using his example spending your mortgae/rent money to fund your sexcapades would be an example of an addiction.
On a side not some people may argue that sex cant really be an addiction as it is one of the three major drives of the human condition, ie food, heat and sex. We are programmed that way so are we really addicted to sex or are we obeying or baser instincts
