yes, 2 or 3 times a week. After work, it's a great way to unwind. And the view is not too bad either. lol

I try and work out every second day which includes cardio work and weights and targeting different muscle groups in each workout..exercising and working out is great..like a natural high

I eat no carbs or low carbs, cook my own food, avoid sweets, and try to walk everywhere if I can. If a bike is available, I will grab that. Plus I try to be active in sessions with clients.I often find a good dom session very invigorating.
