Default Friday 13th - are you superstitious?

Whenever Friday 13th comes around I am filled with dread

Being superstitious isn't in the slightest bit logical and I know it's just another day but I can't help but feel worried that something bad is going to happen.

Would you be happy to walk under a ladder? What about saluting a magpie? I've tried to overcome my silly irrational fears but I'm just lying to myself if I pretend I'm fine with walking under ladders etc

Am I alone in this? x

i'd forgotten about it. my mother was pretty superstitious,
but being quite logical, i dismiss it. i do walk under ladders, before
checking is someone painting etc. the universe is far too complex to allow
mere dates or otherwise to hold such power. i think the 'touch wood' one would
rank as the most ridiculous. nice to see you online again, Alex.

3 grids - I avoid them too. As I'm writing this I feel rather stupid. It's crazy that we have these irrational fears isn't it?

Never enters my head - luck comes in the form of good and bad - you can avoid some of the bad but I always just roll with the punches and hope that the good outweighs the bad.
