It is a tricky one

Is the bar responsible for the wellbeing of itsn clientel considering there is a good chance that a lot of them will not be able to make decesions as they will be inhibriated. Honestly I think that he should not ahve been served that amount of drink at any stage but then again if he bought them in an off licence or Dunnes etc would they be held accountable for teh same outcome?

The store can't be held accountable, we they only sell you the booze unopened, what you do with it is then up to you. Those barmen put a lethal dose of alcohol into a pint glass and gave it to someone who was already pissed knowing full well he was going to drink it.
