Google Chrome. But I don't think it matters which one you use. I think it's the website itself that's the problem.

Oddly, I find Chrome is faster than the others.I've tried all of them and Chrome has worked out best for me. Every time I log onto my email I keep getting these annoying pop ups from Microsoft telling me that IE9 is the best, yada yada yaha... Seriously Microsoft, feck off!
