passed speed well over the limit, does there have to be a flash and does the lights have to be turned on inside?
any time i seen vans lights were on inside and u could see in, this van was black dark and there was no flash.
Am i safe??

If they used a speed gun, then it's probable that you wouldn't have seen a flash. It normally takes about two weeks (as far as I know) to hear anything. If you don't hear anything after that, than I would say you're safe.

I am faced with the same problem in my area .To the point I had to buy a radar detector.It does the trick perfectly.....
where did ya get radar detector and how much is it and how effective???

Wrong....The new gatso vans take pics of the front of the car.They dont need to flash as they use more modern cameras(Think about it ......they couldnt use a flash directed at oncoming cars as theyd blind drivers...only fixed gatsos use flash as they capture your rear plate)
