If you are in a committed relationship or married and you have sex with another woman other than your partner without their knowledge or consent...It is cheating!!! Full stop!!! It's not up for debate..it can't be argued..It is...What it is!!!
Swinging on the other hand is different as it is mutual and consenting...both are there and getting sexual pleasure with the knowledge and consent of their partner!!!
Me..I'm single so I don't have to worry about this, also... I can honestly say I have never cheated!!!
