Hi…. My name is Jamescork, and I suffer from erectile dysfunction.

This is not a condition that I am proud of, but a reality that I am also not ashamed of. I am sure a lot of you younger studs will sneer and cast snide comment but please don’t, as this is a condition that will invariably arrive at most doorsteps. Let’s make this a mature and understanding discussion.

This is my case history.

Many years ago I discovered the extraordinary joy of visiting Escorts. Initially I had no problems or hang-ups. I was ready and able in all encounters. But after a couple of years I found I was being let down by James Junior. Let down in so far as the lad wasn’t following my desire to elongate the sexual encounter as long as the mental desire required, and found myself failing in maintaining an erection to satisfactory completion. Not that I couldnt get it up, but needed to finish in a reasonable time to avoid disappointment. I am remembering that at home no such problem seemed to exist, but on rare but certain visits it was becoming a problem. It is said that nerves, stress, drinking, smoking and just plain ol’ old age are causes.

So I asked my Doc for advice. I was relieved at the level of understanding and was immediately offered a prescription for Viagra. I first started using Viagra at home to amazing results. I was prescribed 50mg tablets, but found biting one in half was more than enough. Not only did it give me a whopper of an erection, it also seemed to act as an aphrodisiac. I didn’t always need it but hey… Wey Hey…All was good. I still found I didn’t quite need help visiting Escorts, unless I wanted to be dead sure to have a right boner for a new girl. I eventually found myself biting a pill in half before any visit to be sure to be sure. I found with regular girls I needed no help, but still when I took the drug to enhance.... it was worthwhile.

I am now using Viagra for 18 months, and find myself taking the full 50mg tablet rather than the half. My Doc points out that smoking, drinking, stress and obesity are contributing factors to impotence. I do suffer from stress on occasion, but am of slim build (contrary to what Benny may say.. ya Tool). I used to be a smoker (stopped in January this year, but recently started to dabble in cigars), and am still a regular drinker. I am in my early forties and I exercise regularly. I do find myself more reliant on the pill more than before. At this stage I don’t really know what level of impotence I have as I invariably take the drug to enhance my performance every time. Having said that I have had visits, mainly with regulars, without any drugs with good success. On my last visit to my GP I was recommended Cialis, as the French call it ‘Le Weeekender’ but am not too sure I like it.

Here are my experiences of the usual drugs.

Viagra:
Viagra is known to widen the bloods vessels, so giving an erection – provided there is some sexual stimulation. You must be in the mood, you don’t just get a horn once you take it. In most men, it works within an hour. Effect lasts for about four hours. (This doesn't mean the erection lasts for four hours, rather that an erection can be produced for up to four hours after taking a tablet). Once you cum, down he goes. Unless you get sexually stimulated again with in that timeframe. Lol. Once you take the tablet, you sense a rush of blood to the head, for me after about 30 minutes. Now you know you are ready. No side effects. Some complain of heartburn, but for me, none…

Cialis :
Works in the same way as Viagra. Cialis advertises to work for 36 feckin hours. No sense of blood to the head….but….gave me headaches, especially after drinking red wine, serious hangover stuff, it can also cause back pain and muscle pain. Experienced heartburn. Gave me a serious morning glory stiffy for two mornings. Good for extended gigs.

Handing a prescription to a chemist is easy peasy. (Why is it when you have some embarrassing condition like a prescription for Viagra or Preperation H, it’s always a honey is serving you…ffs.) Hand in the piece of paper and return ten minutes later to collect. No questions asked, no ‘WHO WANTS THE VIAGRA’ type of shit…lol. You don’t want to be going to the chemists too often for this type of prescription so my doc prescribes me 8 tablets per month over a 6 month period. Considering I used to bite em in half, that’s a lot of drug for any punter. Lol.

I hope this information is of use to you punters. I welcome any feedback from any guys that may have any experiences like my own. As I have said before I am a realist and am not ashamed of my condition, but if any of you guys are, and would like to discuss more… my discrete PM box is open to all…
