From what I can see the vast majority of independent escorts do not have 24 hours on their profile, even going through the girls currently advertising that you mark as reliable only four out of the 8 blog pages are stated as working 24 hours. So IMO a good gauge to see if a girl is independent or not is to look at the times.

It's okay as a gauge, in combination with other things. I would never make a decision based solely on whether or not the profile says "24 hours".
