El Gordo, you summed up exactly what I was thinking
Just like in all walks of life, there will be people in positions of responsibility and trust. That doesn't mean they are responsible and trustworthy.
Unfortunately for someone looking here for the first time, they won't have any idea and assume that they are all reputable.
There was a thread a couple of months back, with lots of suggestions how to improve it, but it will still always be open to abuse.
Thank you all the ladies I had pleasure of meeting. Forever grateful for the memories
I don't think all TR's are untrustworthy at all. A lot are though
The point is that spending money on appointments doesn't qualify anyone for anything really. One or two reviewers know that new ladies will bend over backwards for them, there starts the slip into positive abuse of the badge. Pimps covet the badge. No badge, no issue.

i think you have to keep your eyes opn on trs and non trs
there are lots of non trs that i view suspiciously and yes 1 or 2 trs that i view in same light
however no system is perfect; we need some means of rewarding great service with some recognbnition and warning the commiunity about the bad ones; votherwise ei would be just like the other websites and they arer crap imo
the review system is important to me and i think if you keep ur eyes open , spot language errors etc its often possible to spot fake reviewers;yes there will be abuses by people this is unfortunate but its not that easy to police
we have seen already this week how easy it is for an unscrupulous person and a banned user to circumvent the rules and create a new account and completly fool the community for her own benfit.

I sometimes feel like you’re thinking that doing nothing is better then building something that requires a lot of effort …
Anything that is worth doing doesn’t come easy and most times it does come with a few errors in the beginning.
All this energy from so many clever people like yourself, if put together (and listen to by the site) will eventually help to make the TR system a most infallible one.
Of course, if nobody listen to those suggestions, then I agree, better leave the badges out. If they are not seen as “trusty” it goes against the idea behind the TRs.
