I'm confused about anal I have to say.

I had a gf late last year who loved it and screamed loudest when we did it.

But I don't believe it is as directly sexually stimulating for the receiver whether man or woman.

I think it is like an ultimate act of submission and that is what the thrill really is.

And I dont underestimate that thrill by the way. I understand it very well.

Just my opinion.
