I know this may be an unpopular question, but if you had children and you planned to move back to that property would you feel comfortable knowing they were going back to a place where all manner of sexual activity had happened? Possibly in every room? With tens of dozens of men? Hmmm. Sorry, I wouldn't. It depends if its a purely rental property or not, and knowing something is far different to not.

I would move back in but id be getting the best cleaners in town to clean every inch of the apt, probably new furniture, caprets and plates, cups etc. basicly gut the apt and i would have a problem. haha

But Lucy when someone is looking for a property to buy or own one which is rented, you can never know what people were doing there before, escorts or not. Unless you are the first to occupy the place, how can you know?

When you check in a hotel with your family, how do you know how many people have been there and what they have done in that room before your stay?

When seeing a property to buy I used to get a thought if someone was murdered in the place, or if there had been a funeral there, it would bother me if I knew, then I never asked.

I think the problem with moving your family into a house that previously was used by escorts isn't one of a squeemish nature. Less the fact that there was heaps of shagging going on and more the fact that clients might turn up at it!
Some of the simpler gentlemen fail to realise that an apartment is generally rented out to an individual and not purpose built for escorts! Hah- a client once asked me if us escorts had a special estate agents we could go to! I wish!

I personally wouldn't want to move into a house with my children that had a name for being the local escort haunt.

I personally would have no problem with it.
My own experience of being a landlord is that the seemingly "respectable" tennants are the worst. The worst I ever had were a couple with two two kids, she was a doctor and he was a university proffessor, they were an utter nightmare.

I would be happier renting to an escort because I would be fairly confident they would take care of the place, not create any problems because a quiet life is what they want and lets face it some of these girls can earn an astonishing sum of money so getting the rent paid is unlikely to be a problem.
