I must admit it is handy when the client says they have been there before, no need for directions. Seriously though, when I was a student (Yes mellors, before you say it, many years ago ) I worked in from my own shared apartment a few times. I came home one day to find a client having coffee with my flatmate, she invited him in to wait for me after she found him on the doorstep. Not bloody good.

If you wanted you could make contact with the girl explain that your the landlord and that you have met her and that while you have no problem with what she does you are concerned about the possibilities of clients returning when she's gone or Garda raid etc... That you would appreciate that she stop entertaining at this address and if it is an address that is being used regularly by touring ladies could she pass the word around! Then maybe end your association with the letting company and go to a new one!
You could offer her the use of the apartment for a week rent free until she finds alternative accommodation!!!
forgive my ignorance on the law and the whole letting malarkey, but seeing as escorting is legal provided only one person is using the property then wouldn't you be fine in terms of the Gardai coming knocking. Also seeing as you had employed a professional company to let you apartment and had no prior knowledge of the tenant, plus the letting agent vetted them then I would think you should be OK. That only leaves the moral issue of having a girl working from your apartment, seeing as you have been a member here for 3 years with 25 reviews then I don't see how you could say it is wrong

I would think that if you go ahead with the appointment then you are no longer blind to the fact that the letting agency is letting out to 'working girls'.
I though about letting out my apartment in Wexford Town to specific Ladies a while ago as getting tenants was almost impossible but I bottled out in the end. I sold it recently at a small loss with the hope of re-investing in Dublin 1/2/4
