Either covered or uncovered it makes no difference to me as i am circumcised. Meaning not as much sensitivity as uncircumcised. Always tells the girl no need for b,j but some still insist. In my day if someone offered you a b,j you would refuse in case you would lose your dole. Prefer giving than receiving.
