Seriously, I would agree with Lucy, tight slow downward panning shot from your throat to your legs soaping yourself down in a shower and then a slow fade to a full shot of you slowly writhing around on your back on a large bed on a fluffy white duvet (preferably naked) with a pillow held tightly between your legs covering your...ah...bathing suit area, you can have your head and neck tilted back in ecstacy (this will help keep your face out of shot as well)

I think you should do it in a Swedish realist mode, you staring at the phone waiting for it to ring, Knock on the door, guy with stubble standing there, lots of endless staring into the distance, alot of angst, one sentence spoken every three minutes. Subtitles would be good and it should last at least 3hrs. that should get them flocking in !
