Never got an totally unsolicited 'invitation' to make an appointment. The closest thing I got to this was after I'd sent a PM to a lady asking if she would be in my area, she responded saying that she would be for about 6 days. 2 days later she was listed as being in Dublin again, but she PM'ed me to say that she could/would come back out to my area (North Kildare) any time if I wanted to book an appointment. she said just PM or ring her early in the day, and she could come out to see me.

I didn't think this was so bad; I'd obviously already expressed an interest in visiting her by sending a PM, so she was just letting me know that she could come back out here very easily for an appointment. I didn't get to see her yet, but I certainly will the next time she's in town!

As I said it was some time ago,so you wont find any clues from my reviews or profile page ! And as any of who who have pm'd me before should know, confidentiality is very important to me.If I remember correctly, the pm was just a friendly note coupled with a gesture that it would be nice to meet up. There was no hard sell in any way..

It has been interesting to get everyone's take on this. I have read posts on one of the big UK boards where some escorts were even of the view that after a nice booking , it was completely wrong ( and some said even dangerous !) to say to the client that it would be nice to see him again.! I've noticed that some Escorts put their tour dates for the weeks ahead up on their profile. That's very useful. It'd be great if more did that.

I think I was the recepient of a friendly PM by the same girl. To be honest, she wasnt' even on my radar before then. And it led to a lovely encounter with her subsequently after we'd exhanged PM's and also had some banter on the boards!

You are right, don’t underrate the male egos.
Touting does generate business and seems that many members wouldn’t mind getting PMs from escorts “inviting” them to visit her, so the ones doing it might have found that the PMs were a good way to advertise themselves however I wonder if when “inviting” you are not opening a door for misunderstandings and hagglers for example. I wouldn’t be comfortable doing it.
