Affraid thats true, it happens in other business aswell, in my case time and petrol wasted. It's incredibly rude and annoying,must be worse for you girls though if it's happening regularly

You're right happens to me also, although rarely, thank goodness!
I would get seriously pissed off to be treated in this way with such regularity.
I mean how difficult is it, a call to say I am delayed or can't make it,
after all thats what Motorola invented the mobile phone for!
