Thanks Abby for clarifying yes i am talking about fungal infections. I tend to agree with English Alex and S Cool Babe an average of 8 weeks for general check up for working ladies is necessary regardless if we provide OWO or CIM. For blood test every 6 months or 3 months depending if condom break.

But if i had to wait every 6 months to have my general exams done i will scare myself to death, i really believe 6 months is to long.

I can only remember 1 "working girl" with an STI in my career, compared to the many others.
But that's only my experience.

Not really much extra you can do Violette, sounds like you're doing the right things already, get a condom onto them, check for lice. 1 more thing just checking for sores or broken skin around the old chap, even shaving cuts where they may have trimmed.
Try to avoid these, protects the guys too, as nicks and cuts are routes in for infection and well as routes out.
But it sounds like you ladies know what you're doing already.
