I would have to agree with steady that Black Books should be on that list. Better off Ted probably should be too, but its run was entirely too brief to truly be considered one of the best ever.

Last of the summer wine. Not everyones cup of tea but sone excellent episodes there. Compo and Foggy brilliant in it.
