sam, one simple question which you should be able to answer on this matter, and it is this, you and others have mentioned "for legal reasons," ok, the question is this has the affair reached a point where this may have to be the path taken by EI, if so most will accept your position,by answering it you give nothing away,but you do give some valid reason as to the silence
