Just thought I would share. Today is my 5 year anniversary of quitting the cigarettes.
Mar 15th 2006 was the day, took the bull by the horns and went for a few pints on day one as well. That worked for me but everyone is different.
It was my fourth attempt to give them up as well so I guess all I am trying to say is if any of you are really trying to give them up, dont lose heart. It is possible and you will get there in the end.
I am still only going day by day with them, cant let your guard down really but happy I got this far anyway. Good luck if you are trying and if you aren't enjoy them
