It was my fourth attempt to give them up as well so I guess all I am trying to say is if any of you are really trying to give them up, dont lose heart. It is possible and you will get there in the end.

I am still only going day by day with them, cant let your guard down really but happy I got this far anyway. Good luck if you are trying and if you aren't enjoy them .
    Takemedrunkimhome,

Congrats! It takes willpower to do this and I am sure you must find yourself fighting the urge to smoke every now and then!

Now, my question is this: since you gave up the cigs, you must have had to find something else to do to occupy your thoughts, right? So, is tomorrow the 5th anniversary of the day you began seeing escorts?

    Regards.

Fair play mate....been off em more than 20 years now..and it does get easier over time. Still get the occasional craving for a fag with a drink but ordinarily can resist it. Hated the smell of cigarette smoke in my clothes and hair next day. I could say that the old five knuckle shuffle is a handy distraction when ya get the urge to smoke but thats feck all use when ur in company

To answer your question bud I dont think I had to find something to occupy my thoughts, but then E-I and all these gorgeous ladies came online. If these ladies dont occupy your thoughts nothing else will lol.

And I always hear people say, "think of the money you save if you quit the cigarettes". I was one of those people as well, and logically it makes complete sense that you will save moeny. But the truth of the matter is you will always find other ways to spend it. And I cant think of a better way to do it than spending time with the amazing ladies on here.

Well done Takemedrunkimhome! Quitting cigs and staying off them is one of the hardest things to do.

Apart from saving money (for escorting), you've probably added years to your life expectancy. So you can now look forward to shagging young lovelies well into your 80's!

    Congrats again. Thats some acheivement.

well done takemedrunkimhome, giving up can be quiet an ordeal for some people, not for me though I don't quit anything I start

If anyone else is looking for a bit of an incentive have a look HERE, there is loads of encouraging info. Also not just for people just quitting even for the OP, it states that you are now at the same risk as a non-smoker at having a stroke. 5 more years and you can say bye bye to lung cancer too.

Seriously people if you want some help print this out and refer to it as often as you want, fuck nicorette and that crap this think will sort you out.
