this weekend i lost the love of my life.ive suddenly realised how much of a mess ive made of it.not short of a bob.beautiful home.and id give it all away for someone to love.now i know youll all say your lucky to have this,have that....true enough but emptiness is the worst pain of all.dont complain about the rugby.try being totally and completely alone in a crowd.it hurts more than anyone can imagine

fiona i thank you for being so thoughtful.sad this is i know it will change.time heals and all that but to be honest any drive i had to go on is gone.not being morbid or silly here.god knows ive packed more than a lifetime into what ive done.seen the world,did things most would only dream of.im 47 yrs old and totally alone.no family,kids great friends i have to admit but ive run out of steam.funny isnt it.....people complain that they havent enough and here id give it all away for something money cant buy.hope your ok fiona.:-)

Sorry to hear about it Willow. I have been there. Obviously everyone's situation is different. I'm not going to say some cliche like "time heals" ,as 7 years after my break up, the loss is still palpable.

All I can say is that I hope and pray that you manage to pick yourself up and start living one day at a time.
