Glad to hear your sister is safe Dave.

I was going mad last night because my wheelie bin blew away in the wind - again ! Today's events however are making me recalibrate my views on what is really important and what's just a simple nuisance.

Just looking at the BBC news report and the footage is surreal . Radiation levels are increasing around the plant , people being moved to a 6 mile radius now , dread to think what could happen if it gets worse .

Cheers, just working on getting her out now. Bloody embassy is impossible they just repeat parrot like that there are no confirmed Irish deaths ! If it weren't for facebook we wouldn't know she was alive.

Good news Dave, it's bad enough that you worry about a relative in the next town never mind half way round the world.

Just been watching some of the video footage on Sky News. Jesus, it's frightenting to see just how powerful and fast the Tsunami is.

    So much destruction.

Good news indeed Dave that at least you have made contact and she is OK. They probably don't know how to use a computer in the embassy
Thank you all the ladies I had pleasure of meeting. Forever grateful for the memories

    Good news about your sister.

The power of the tsunami is astonishing, whole villages flattened and a whole train disappeared without trace ffs.
