Reminding people of things they said in the past that contradict their current view is human nature, and Irish people just love doing it. It shouldn't matter whether Doc was a mod when he created the thread that MM reminded everyone about, your views should be your views regardless of your status on here.

I like Doc. He is generally an easy going type of guy who, temporarily, lost his marbles starting a thread about escort prices in the manner that he did.

I vote Doc for VJ's position when she goes.

I think your being a bit unfair to Doc, he has acted responsibly, fair and consistently since taking up the mod position, I you must remember he has a job to do now and can't let friendships influence his decisions in work.

Brilliant... fuckin Brilliant I say... Had you included 'Durty turncoat bastards' you would have been promoted to sheer genius.

These two despicable cads were deceiving us all along. They were recruited by that Nazi Kommandant Herr Patricia, to infiltrate the ranks and spy on us members feigning friendships and loyalties. As we were “Thanking them for there useful posts” they were laughing at us from the Pat Cave. Then when the revolution of the common member against the repressive moderation enemy was in full swing and was coming to a crescendo, they strike and crush the enemy from within. I was growing to like Doc and had considered Benny as my friend, but now I feel cast out into a wilderness, not knowing who to befriend or trust any more.

Now that they have satisfactorily dissolved the coup, they proceed to use heavy-handed tactics to kick us while we are down. Each time the revolutionaries hold a secret meeting they seek and find it and shut it down before we have a chance to get going. (well Doc does anyway, Benny’s finger quivers over that neon light but he hasn’t the BALLS to push the button). But we will not be beaten, we will regroup. We will meet in forests and fields and bushes (psssst...or across the road..) like our fore fathers did 800 years ago…We did it before.... And we can do it again.
