Trend in Cork????

Hello Alexa, I'm in Cork myself at the moment for the first time, and I have to say I'm so disappointed with the amount of time wasters here. I never saw nothing alike before ... Just unbelievable.
Any one could explain why so many guy book don't show up and don't even have the manners of send a text to cancel. Why?
