I can agree to a point with the op, but a lot goes on behind the scenes that most of us don't really get the full picture about.
I tend to stay away from commenting on certain things, if I don't know the full story.
It is very hard to know the true person behind the keyboard, and the avatar and posting style can, sometimes, be very misleading.
The only people that really know what members are like, are the ladies that meet them.
As for the HL/Rachel situation, if they are truly in love, good luck to them, but I don't see the relevance to 'flaunting' it on here.
If I did fall in love with an escort I would keep it between us, as it's none of anyones business and may even impact on the lady's business also, if she were to continue working.
I have read a lot of HL's posts and have often wondered how true & honest they were(as I have done with others btw), but they don't impact on me so I don't really care.
If the HL/Rachel situation and the review claims involving Alicia etc are true, then there is a deception being perpetrated, which is not good for those members that put their faith in the honesty & integrity of the review system.
Before any further surmising about HL/Rachel etc, I think some proper evidence of wrongdoing should be forthcoming, and then we can decide for ourselves what's true or not. I don't believe in Kangaroo courts.
