Can you specify ISP you are with also Bruno please, is it vodafone, o2 etc? Thanks
I am using UPC since a few days ago as internet provider, via my laptop and in case it matters Mozilla as browser.
Didn't have problems when I start using UPC then 2 evening ago I couldn't access the site for almost 20 hours.
My error message was as well "server not responding", no 404s.
Yeah this is exactly what I have too, UPC provider with Firefox browser. I couldn't access the site several times over the last few weeks for 3-4 hour periods at a time. The site simpley couldn't load or was not responding and occasionally I got the 404s on screen. Other times if I was able to access the site it was very slow or the pages were all over the place in partial htm code.

Been having problems for the last couple of weeks. Have a nokia e52 with vodafone and have been unable to view the images on E-I. Today the message 'an error occured while trying to get the page' keeps showing up.
You must learn from the mistakes of others. You can't possibly live long enough to make them all yourself.
I use both Eircom and Vodafone 3G and I wasn't able to access the site at all yesterday.
By the way it was nothing to do with browser caching as I tried pinging www.escort-ireland.com as well and I got no response. Also, I would have thought that if the problem was DNS caching by the ISP that there would have been some response to the ping..

Ping not always gives a response, some providers do block ping facilities.
In terms of not showing some of the pictures, I have noticed that using the full url including www does help.
Please try restart your computer or flash DNS, that might help in cases that the Irish providers have woke up and updated their DNS records. Switch Off/On phones can help too.
vodafone, tonite is first time in 3 days ive been able to log in
I have done the reboot a few times. It does seem to work but not always and the problems are intermittent, so it's difficult to say whether it solves the issue.
Interestingly I had a lot of problems earlier when I was using 3G via O2.
But it still worked intermittently, so i don't think they were blocking content. I hope not. It's a work phone and I manage the contract with them !!!!
Now I'm on Eircom broadband and having no issues at all.
