I have had no access to site until today. All you got was a message saying DNS could not be found. Hopefully the matter is now resolved, just a bit of a pain to be honest, it's the second time in such a short space of time the site has been down.

I understand that and we also think most of the problems people had with accessing E-I are resolved now as we had a lot of calls etc earlier in weekend saying people were having issues, but it seems most of these are resolved now. Essentially E-I was not down, when people haven't been able to get it or got it but with pics not showing etc, these have been ISP issues, it hasn't been that E-I has been down. However it seems to make sense to have a thread here for reporting problems so IT staff have one thread to go to and look at problems, rather than a discussion thread which ends up going OT and I want IT focussing on IT right now, not anything else. Of course, if someone is unable to get E-I, they can't post here, but a lot of the problems reported have related to mobile phones, so there are plenty of people here who might be having a problem with their phone, but can come on their computer and tell us about it here, so it's not totally useless I hope. Thanks x

    Hello!

Larrisa Motta (phone no: 871654112) reported that she can access the website for a minute and then it's down again... her ISP is 3G, she's using a laptop and normally Internet Explorer or Mozilla.
Another escort - TV Liz (862629742) can't access the website at all, the same ISP - 3G, using a laptop, Firefox but has tried a few other browsers too...

As for this, the www needs to be left out - wap.escort-ireland.com is the correct address, and only mobile phones that use WAP browser will work, any ordinary browsers IE, Safari, Mozilla or smartphones (IPhone, WIN7Mobile phones ...) will result in error.

Can you please advise them first to make sure they have restarted their computers or mobile phones, to flush the DNS cache.

Just checked this on Mobile. Working fine on any browser on WiFi. So all phone settings are correct.
Now I've turned off WiFi, pointed browser to different site, cleared Cache, History, Cookies, Form Data and passwords.
    Basically wiped clean, then reboot.

Its an Andriod phone, I've full Hsdpa signal. Vodaphone network.
Stock browser- No graphics, and forum looks linear.
    Opera browser- all ok.
    Dolphin browser- all ok.

Hope this might be of some help.

I was having problems accessing the site about half an hour ago on Firefox; I got the usual "cannot find server" page.
