The mango must be kicking in. Just checked your profile and was gutted to see you're not in Dublin:-)

Drink lots of water, eat some fruit and if you can get your hands on some milk thistle, it will sort you right out!

Nurofen plus and lots of it

    Water to re hydrate

Greasy food to absorb the booze (or milk)

    and failing all that

Sex is a natural hangover cure

releases endorphines that numb the pain

Well, I've had a shower, ate some fresh pineapple chunks, had a glass of water, walked to my local village, went to my favourite cafe, had a mango and passionfruit smoothie, 2 poached eggs and a coffee, took a stroll on the beach, picked up a Dvd, walked home, have read the paper, and am going to crash on my leather sofa ( my favorite possession in the world ) and watch 'Due Date', which I expect to be a bit shit, but perfect crashing out in the afternoon viewing. Will probably fall asleep before it ends.

It's actually turning out to be one of the great days :-)

Doesn't really work with the diet, but ice cold Coke and a greasy sausage roll - works every time. Either go for a jog or book a 2 hour session after to lose the calories!
