First thing I would introduce would something I used to call the "Shut The Fuck Up Ban" when I was Moderating.
It was great. It could be given to anyone going off on a rant, it was a one hour timeout. Like an infraction but more fun

He knows about Benny The Mod already, because he posted on the 'other' site about 'Benny the turncoat' or some other phrase, during E-I's hiatus 10 days ago.
I read a few of the threads as part of my cure from the 'withdrawal symptoms' of E-I being down and James, Benny, Lucy were creating a bit of a stir, as that site is not used to much activity.
