I think that it has eventually dawned on the fakers that they can make their job easier by copying earlier genuine reviews. This attempt looks like it was done in a drunken haze but the potential is there. Others will not be as stupid as Aarika and her friend Tiaa or their pimp or whoever. Anyone with half a brain, even without a good command of English, could use excerpts from old reviews to fake very plausible new ones.
The descriptions/services may only be exaggerated as I believe that the main objective of most fake reviews is additional advertising to the detriment of other escorts rather than passing of "mutton as lamb". Therefor, there may be no genuine reviews directly cotradicting the fakes. It still brings the review system into disrepute, reduces the credibility of the website and will lead to dissatisfaction amongst escorts who abide by the rules. The website will lose business business to competitors unless steps are taken to curtail the abuse.

Can't link the IP address this review was posted from to anything else as yet. Why do you say it is fake, simply because it is very complimentry of the lady, or do you have another reason?

Bear in mind that both these Eygptian escorts are friends who sometimes work together and also recommend eachother on the phone if the other one is busy ............. the reviews are obviously fake.

Thanks bigpaws. I agree, if Aarika and Tiaa are friends, it is a little odd they have one review each from the same three clients. However the three clients at hand do have a unique IP address each, meaning there is no proof of connection between them. The IPs these clients use do not match the IPs these two girls write to us from re their advertising either. In light of this, I don't think it would be fair for me as moderator to declare they are likely fake. Maybe Aarika and Tiaa are asking clients to write reviews of them?

I will consider this further Paws. To date I've only added notes to reviews saying we believe they are fake when we've had some techincal proof of that.

Dear Patricia,
I am an idiot when it comes to computers but even I could log on to hotmail.com and conjure up an e-mail address to become a member of this website, while having a coffee in an internet cafe. I cannot think of a way to stop this. However, it would help if there was an immediate link between the reviewer and their membership information rather than having to search the membership lists.
As I have said before, it is easy to fake a review but a lot more difficult to create a credible history.
Unfortunately, we will never know for sure, but my money would be on Aarika's pimp/boyfriend to be the author of these reviews. I can see him passing time in an internet cafe while she is with a client.

What is the point of adding a note? not even these escorts could be stupid enough to think anyone believes them. It is all about publicity. They obviously believe in the saying "there is no such thing as bad publicity". The reviews should be removed and no reviews should be allowed of these girls unless submitted by someone who was a member prior to their arrival on the scene. Patricia owes this to the other escorts if nothing else.

I know it could be argued it is better to delete fake reviews than leave them up with a note, but we had a poll about this a while ago and it was decided it is better to leave them up.
