Well I think for me less crass details, maybe just a section that allows you to say the services eg. owo, cim, etc and in the body of the text just allowed to say either yes good and maybe just a multiple chioce for the client to tick friendly, welcoming, no rush, same as the picture, well presented, made an effort....etc.

or for me personally even just a statement like; " I recived services offered on profile to full satisfaction" or " I requested a service that was advertised and was refused, very unsatisfied.
