The review is not the deleted. It's now active. It was put on temporary hold. We are still looking into it. I didn't get aproper chance last night as it was Sunday and you have to relax sometime

I really think the acceptable way is for escorts or clients to use the report a review function rather than creating threads like this.

that maybe true.... but the report a review function seems to have little or no results, the only way i can see is to start a thread like this, also it brings fake reviewers to the attention to other who may be able to shed further light on the matter, which is often the case

It's still worth reporting it anyway with a valid reason. To be honest, when a manager comes on duty, the first things we look at are the reports posts that haven't been resolved, then reviews discussions and by the time we get to these sorts of threads, it might be later in the morning/afternoon. At least then it is prioritised.

The main problem with the report feature not only on reviews is there is no feedback, you don't know if someone has looked at it or just decided it's not relevant and passed over it, there should be some sort of automated response if the people who look at these reports don't have the time to do it manually to notify you your report has been viewed. I also think you should get an automated PM telling you it has been submitted, I don't know how many times I have sent a report only to forget the location of what I just reported or forgotten about it altogether, would be nice to review your reports and check to see if any action has been taken??

Anon we always look into every report. If nothing can be proven we advise the escort to leave a comment on the review. Alot of members report reviews. Alot of times we do find something that is not right about these reviews.

Sorry HWM, I am full sure every report is taken seriously and viewed, it's just when you hit that submit button and OK it tells you it has been submitted but you can't help but wonder what action has been taken if any, some feedback would be helpful even if it is to say we have looked but no cause to take action at this time, you know sometimes with a report guys might not get to give you all they have so if I got a reply saying not enough evidence at this time I might be inclined to reply saying well actually I thought what I said would be enough evidence but heres some more??

I appreciate that. I'm not saying don't start these threads, I'm just saying it is worth reporting it anyway. As these threads come up, we have to mark them off as 'solved' once the issue is dealt with, and this gives us the oppotunity to discuss it as a team should it need further investigation.
