Getting rid of the reviews completely means they have to start all over again, and some would think they had something to hide(bad reviews) by having them removed.

I get what you're saying but, for an established escort, starting all over again and trying to re-establish themselves, could take too long, especially in the current economic climate. Maintaining the reputation, via the reviews, is the best chance they have of picking up where they left off.
