Oh and on the good graces of Ireland, instinctual country driving... sure there's nothing around this corner (at 80 km/h) on 1.5 lane roads... oh and of course how they even post 80 km/h speed limits on roads that are so twisty it's next to impossible to get over 50, it's like a challenge by the RSA to test our driving skills. No other place like it imho.

with their sexy red hair and cute freckles and isnt it lovely the way the church devoted themselves to educating the youth and that cute little thing the way all garda seem to marry nurses and live in quaint little villages with more pubs than people and the way we sing our folk songs which the rest of the world love so much and the way we sing 'you'll never beat the irish' just shows how proud we are of our sporting teams and the way we win the odd olympic medal which just shows how much we punch above our weight on a global scale and didnt we do well to get over the famine and all them eurovision wins that are the envy of the world and good old bono and u2 and the superfabulous westlife and boyzone and jedward makes you wonder how anybody would want to be from anywhere else eh ?

Its posts like this that reaffirm my faith in the self deprecating robustness of the Irish spirit....we haven't gone away you know (sure where the fook would we be goin anyway)....we're the blacks of europe (only because we're hygenically challenged)...there may be further contributions of a similar nature but I'm slightly distracted at the moment thinking about what I will be doing later with a splendid specimen of the fair sex...
