Totally different bugs Willyup. The risk of riming is mainly picking up bacterial infections (not the ones classified as STDs) that usually give gastroenteritis - i.e vomiting + diarrhoea. Thankfully self limiting and treatable.
Of course the reality is that both orifices (pussy and arsehole) are close to each other that its probable to pick up the same infections from either practice (rimming vs reverse oral)
As for OWO and CIM - as in any form of oral sex the person giving is at slightly greater risk than the person receiving.
(Again while all these practices carry some risk, the risk is markedly less in comparison to unprotected vaginal/anal intercourse. Clearly no one in their right mind would practice this in this industry but I'm merely mentioning the comparison so that there isn't the usual panic about 'lets practice completely safe sex' i.e. full body condoms).
