I'd rank it as fairly low risk believe it or not. Rimming participants will be as clean as a whistle generally speaking and not to put too fine a point on it it is difficult to get "too far in" (where the proliferation of nasty bugs would be) added to which there is no "issue" as in the case of CIM (which is a highly risky activity), so thats my opinion
