What happened yesterday

I am very upset now as the site did not work yesterday. So I would like EI team to give us an extra day for free as we lost many customers through these technical difficulties.
Fortunately I advertise on other favourite site as well ( I do not want to name it) that saved me but I still need my ad here so I really appreciate this extra day to help not to loose clients and money again what I invested into my advertisement. I am a new advertiser on EI and it is not a good start for me when I realised that the website did not work all day.
And one more thing, I tried to post this thread earlier but I was unable to log in as I always got the wrong username or password message and the system did not get me in. Thanks
