I've heard it's very tricky, the non-stick layer sticks to everything until it's applied, I've heard a good trick is to tenderise the pan first by repeatedly hitting yourself across the head with it until you forget why your hitting yourself and as you fall slam the pan down on your hand holding the non stick layer, you should then wake up in hospital with a fractured skull, broken hand but they will have removed the pan stuck to your hand which means it's now ready for use

Sounds like the stickiest situation since Sticky the stick insect got stuckn on a sticky bun. (try saying it)
If we had Teflon in here there'd be less friction on the boards
