I think you may be underestimating the cost of a flight to Prague, the cost of a hotel and accommodation and then your escort fees. I very much doubt everyone can explain nipping to Prague to the wife as one could nipping to D4.

fair enough mon cheri- but I suspect you may be overestimating how much a Prgaue trip costs ( I've been there a number of times)- even with the fall of the cost of living in IRL, with RyanAir flights it's pretty straightforward economics depending on what you're seeking.
